Why do we process personal data?
Elvedes Cable Systems processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Sending order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices. Usually, these are sent to a general email address, but sometimes they are addressed to the respective individual.
- Email communication with individuals regarding orders or other matters.
- Sending newsletters (you can unsubscribe from our newsletter), Christmas cards, or invitations to events (e.g., trade shows).
For the above purposes, we may request the following personal data from you:

Disclosure to third parties
The data you provide to us is, in principle, not disclosed to third parties unless necessary for the execution of the purposes described above. For example, we outsource the addressing of Christmas cards. We make the necessary agreements with these parties (processors) to ensure the security of your personal data.
Furthermore, we will not disclose the data you provide to other parties unless required and permitted by law. An example of this is when the police requests (personal) data from us as part of an investigation. In such cases, we are obliged to cooperate and are required to provide this data. Minors

Retention period
Elvedes Cable Systems does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or as required by law.
