Custom work from our own factory
There's a cable for every item
Our cables can be found in the most unexpected places. They are used in various objects such as chairs, wheelchairs and exhausts. Countless products use cables, but cables can also be used in other ways. Hanging systems for lighting and painting or mowing cords for trimmers are excellent example of this. Below is a small selection of the possible ways you can use our cables.
When it comes to suspended lighting, it’s often the case that steel cables are used in various length and diameters. As well as this there is a large section of end pieces that are fixed to the steel cable by being cast or moulded. There are also a range of options available with steel cabling for preventative safety, for example, reflectors in light fittings in sports halls.
Custom work to the millimetre. These cables, designed to be used on Social Sound dampers in car exhausts, are mainly comprised of stainless steel. By using heat resistant materials such as TPV and PTFE, in combination with a 49 thread slick inner cable, this cable system stays supple under extreme circumstances, such as the high temperatures of exhausts and weather influences.
Picture hanging systems
These cables have a weight-bearing function for paintings or picture frames. By mounting the ring with three or four points on the rear of the frame, it can be hung horizontally or vertically.
A cable that in principle seems pretty simple is the parking brake for a lightweight buggy. A marked print on the outer cable acts as a reference point for extra fast assembly, which reduces working costs.
Park and garden mechanisation
Specially developed for mowing thicker crops such as cane and shrubs. These extra thick mowing cords have a synthetic coating. The round tip is custom made for easy assembly and replacement of cords.
