Since the beginning of 2019, MidZuid has been working with Elvedes. First in a pilot for assembly work outsourcing in our production location in Oosterhout. During this pilot, we started small and a number of MidZuid employees were trained in the specific operations to perform the work. Over the years, the pilot was expanded and Elvedes has become a valued cooperation partner for MidZuid. As a result, production numbers have increased considerably. MidZuid is proud to work with Elvedes, a company that values Corporate Social Responsibility in various ways. The ambassadorship was therefore a logical next step in the collaboration.
In Oosterhout Paul Leeggangers works, he says: "From the beginning that we worked with Elvedes I have been assembling brake cables, already for seven years now. I enjoy doing this work. The caps must be fitted perfectly to the brake cables, because it can cause accidents if a brake cable does not work properly. This makes me feel responsible and I find the work challenging." This works for Paul!
